The Metro North Chamber of Commerce recently announced that it has chosen to honor Lake Arbor Automotive & Truck in a way that prompts us to pause and reflect upon our customers’ contribution to that success.

While the Metro North Chamber decided to name our owner, Dana TePoel, as its Small Business Person of the Year 2008, we are fully aware that no one can capture that award without some fantastic employees and some very savvy customers. We have already thanked the employees of Lake Arbor Auto for the relentless emphasis that they place on customer satisfaction, and for the way that they educate our customers on the best, most economical car-care strategies.
